SEPARATE sealed BIDS for the labor to construct the proposed railroad bridge over Bonny Oaks Drive in Hamilton County, Tennessee will be received by the Hamilton County Purchasing Department before 2:00 pm local time on the 19th day of February, 2010 and then at said place publicly opened and read aloud.

No bids will be received or accepted after the above specified time for the opening of Bids.  Bids submitted after the designated hour will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder.

A Non-Mandatory Prebid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th of January, 2010 at the Hamilton County Highway Department, Training Room, 7625 Standifer Gap Road,  Chattanooga, TN, (423-855-6100).
