Crouch Engineering typically works as the agency’s engineer, or as the liaison for railroads, and represents the client’s interests in minimizing impacts to operations, while preserving the integrity and functionality of the railroad assets. In some cases, Crouch Engineering is the project designer and project manager, performing the surveying, design, permitting, bid phase, and construction engineering services. In other cases, Crouch Engineering is the manager of the public project tasks, including plan review, coordination with railroad and public officials, and construction observation.
